This Privacy Policy explains how Ethos Algorithmics LLC (a Florida limited liability company, "Ethos Algorithmics," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the RealEdge mobile application and related services (the "App" or "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account information
When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address and an authentication identifier through our authentication provider (Google Firebase Authentication). We use this to identify your account, secure access, and associate your settings and subscription with you.
2.2 Subscription and purchase information
RealEdge offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive a purchase/subscription token and your subscription status (for example, which tier is active and whether it has renewed or lapsed). We do not receive or store your full payment card number or banking credentials — those are handled directly by Google.
2.3 Push notification token
If you enable notifications, we collect a push notification token (an Expo / Firebase Cloud Messaging token) and your device platform so we can deliver signal alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in the App's settings or in your device settings.
2.4 App preferences and activity
We store the choices and activity needed to provide the Service, such as your notification setting, your signal-confidence threshold, the opportunities you save to your personal tray, and usage counts used to enforce the limits of your plan.
2.5 Device and technical information
To deliver notifications reliably and keep the App working, limited technical information may be processed, such as device type and operating system version (via the Expo platform) and standard request metadata (such as IP address) handled by our infrastructure provider for security and delivery.
2.6 Information stored locally on your device
Some information is stored only on your device (for example, whether you completed onboarding and a local cache of your preferences and push token). This stays on your device and is removed if you uninstall the App.
3. How We Use Information
- Create and secure your account and authenticate your access.
- Deliver the core Service — show signal data and statistics and send the alerts you request.
- Manage your subscription and enforce the features and limits of your plan.
- Maintain, debug, secure, and improve the App and prevent abuse or fraud.
- Communicate with you about your account, important changes, or support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your personal information to serve third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. How Information Is Shared
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their function:
- Google / Firebase — account authentication, push messaging (Firebase Cloud Messaging), and related infrastructure.
- Google Play — processing of subscription payments and purchase verification.
- Expo — delivery of push notifications to your device.
- Cloudflare — network, security, and content-delivery infrastructure in front of our servers.
- Anthropic — generates the market analysis behind our signals. We send market and ticker data for analysis; we do not send your personal account information to this provider.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights or the safety of users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify you).
5. Data Retention
We keep your account information and related data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations.
6. Security
We protect information in transit using encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and apply access controls and other reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to address vulnerabilities promptly.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You can:
- Access or correct your information, or ask what we hold about you.
- Delete your account and associated personal data by emailing ethosalgorithmics@gmail.com from your account email (in-app deletion may also be offered).
- Turn off notifications in the App or device settings at any time.
- Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK GDPR, including the right to access, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at the email above; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
RealEdge is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States and information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the App from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
