Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RealEdge mobile application and related services (the "App" or "Service"), provided by Ethos Algorithmics LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Ethos Algorithmics," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please read carefully. RealEdge provides informational and educational stock signals and statistics. It is not investment advice and does not guarantee any result. See our Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

RealEdge generates and displays algorithmic and AI-assisted trading signals, opportunity data, and historical statistics for publicly traded U.S. equities, and can send you notifications about them. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and the Service does not execute trades or manage money on your behalf.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. See the full Disclaimer.

4. Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at ethosalgorithmics@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

RealEdge offers a free tier and one or more paid subscription tiers with additional features and higher limits.
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's terms in addition to these Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Except where required by law, refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. We do not separately process card payments.
We may change pricing or the features of a tier on a prospective basis; changes will not affect a billing period already paid for.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the signals, data, or content without our written permission.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service.
Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, content, signals, statistics, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Ethos Algorithmics LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Third-Party Services and Data

The Service relies on third parties (including market-data sources, Google/Firebase, Google Play, Expo, Cloudflare, and Anthropic). Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and we are not responsible for third-party services or for losses arising from their unavailability or errors. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or the results obtained from the Service. We do not warrant that signals will be profitable, that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will be accurate or timely.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any trading or investment losses arising from your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Ethos Algorithmics LLC or its members, officers, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment capital, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ethos Algorithmics LLC and its members and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, and you consent to venue there. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at ethosalgorithmics@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
